This year is an UNconventional year, due to the global pandemic, we are not meeting in person. CAFE is excited that we are able to still engage our industry with a virtual convention, that will be anything but conventional.

We understand this has been a challenging year, but now is the time to celebrate our resiliency, learn from each other and connect in any way we can, even if it's a bit UNconventional. Now more than ever we need to share our lessons learned and we hope you can join us for this event!

As part of our redesign, we are offering workshops and webinars. Workshops are longer and designed to provide you with a tangible asset when you leave such as a draft emergency plan. Webinars will be shorter and geared towards sharing important and relevant information.

Hosting a virtual event removes several barriers for many people who haven't attended in the past including: time restrictions, expenses related to travel and a higher convention cost. We're anticipating a more diverse national attendance this year, which means new potential leads for you!

It’s critically important for exhibitors to know who is interested in their brand and their booth. On-site this is easily accomplished because exhibiting staff can see and interact with people walking by, We simulate this, and expand it by:

  • Letting you see in real-time who is visiting or has visited your booth and when

  • Request contact information, chat or set up video calls in real-time in the system with no additional software.

  • Share your screen and share files to walk your lead through your services.

A tradeshow booth (exhibit spot) includes a designated page where you can upload your own multimedia content. To track leads, there is an optional lead retrieval system where exhibitors can chat and set up instant video chats with attendees. Tradeshow spaces do not include sessions or live programming.
